What We Look for in a Good Partner

Every partnership conversation starts with the same question: what does success look like for both sides, in plain terms. Vague alignment on values is not enough if the practical expectations were never discussed.

We have learned to be upfront about capacity. It is better to commit to a smaller, well executed collaboration than to overpromise and under deliver on a larger one. That honesty tends to build the kind of trust that makes a second project possible.

Good partnerships also leave room for adjustment. Plans made months in advance rarely survive contact with reality unchanged, and the partnerships that last are the ones built to flex.
